It is currently rented and the tenant will show house. I am on the mainland (San Jose). The yard maintenance will be included, no charge to tenant. Yard tools are available. There are three things to consider. NO smokers. NO pets (of any kind) and NO sec. 8. - NO exceptions! The deposit will be first and $1000, or $2500 to move in. However, depending on the applicant, I could make it small deposit, or NO DEPOSIT. My daughter in Santa Cruz will be handling all applications (NO application fee). There will be background check (prior rent, income verification, etc) This house does not experience VOG, or ash, or smoke and NO albizia. Prefer 12-month lease, but open to less time. Home comes with brand-new side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, brand-new kitchen faucet and brand-new garbage disposal. Has older washer, and dryer that work just fine that are NOT part of the rent. Some furniture and some kitchen stuff for your use (see pictures) also NOT part of the rent, meaning anything breaks down, you fix or stop using. Hele-On bus stop a few feet away. School bus stop in front of house. Elementary school about 10 min, walk or 1 min. drive. Six times a week mail delivery to house. City water, so no catchment to worry about. As I said, ALL utilities are included in the price. Yard maintenance will be done by local professional landscaper. Thank you for your interest.
