Open layout and fully furnished, including Internet, water and electric. Fenced in backyard and thoughtfully decorated. Minimum one month day. The house is completely the tenants, but there is one room that the owners use a storage. So essentially it's a one bedroom one and a half bath completely to yourself. 1850 would include Internet and utilities(we know what the typical utility cost for the home are, but if they went drastically over that we will have it written into the lease that the tenant will make up the difference) very cozy little house that is incredibly close to downtown
