I am Looking for a sublet for the spring 2020 semester. Lease would ideally start January 1st and run until the end of May. This apartment is located downtown right across the street from Badger Brothers. The walk to campus is around 10-15 minutes. Rent is $600 per month if it is paid on time. Coin laundry is just down the hall and the apartment is on the first floor of the building so you only have walk up one set of stairs to get to the apartment. The apartment has tall ceilings and lots of square-footage for a one bedroom, especially in Platteville. A rental application needs to be submitted and approved through the landlord before everything can be finalized. Tenant pays electric. Heat and water are included.
