Rent will cover, water and sceptic only, and you will need to get your own P.O. Box, There are no loud cars or project cars in the yard allowed, and exterior of home must be kept clean. no parties, or drug use allowed. as well. this is a place for a small families, or home bodies, we are all friendly and respectful and I am looking for like minded tenants. I am happy to answer any questions, and I apologize to anyone this may offend, but I try to be up front. No smoking Tennant pays Electric MUST DRIVE SLOW ON PROPERTY (mandatory) No broken down cars No outside storage Yard must be kept clean and mowed No loud vehicles No late visitors Must be respectful Must love dogs
