Our small but cozy in-law apartment is looking for an outlaw or 2, fresh paint, new flooring and carpet, bath and a 1/2, central air, new appliances, private side entrance, on street parking but has a side porch and back deck with a view of colony park, 1650.00 rent, need 1st/last/1 month security, message for the renters application, include your e-mail so the application can be sent. Unfortunately, if you DON'T fill out the renters application, we will not show the unit. I am doing my due diligence prior to scheduling showings. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, no exceptions. At this time, we are not accepting housing vouchers. Rent is month to month, we are looking for a long-term tenant, 1st/last month rent with 1 month security prior to move in, absolutely no smoking or candle burning at all in the unit, ON-street parking except during snow bans, tenant is responsible for gas heat and electricity as well as cable/internet. Home is landlord occupied; landlord takes care of water, sewer, grass and snow removal. We do ask that you keep the deck and side porch clear of snow. We prefer no loud noise or parties but if need be must be kept to a minimum. Garbage and recycle cans provided for unit and garbage goes out on Sunday evening for Monday morning pick up. Please use walkways. We also require our new tenant to have renters insurance. Rent is due 1st of every month. We are not accepting housing vouchers at this time.
