Shared with 1 other roommate, 40+ yrs old female and GSD dog. Quiet, consistent schedule, usually home evenings and out on days off. Likes to cook, spend time outside and travel when I can. My dog is trained and continues training. Friendly and easy to get along with. I keep things tidy but don't expect someone to be a neat freak-just clean up after themselves and contribute to common area cleaning/supplies. Washer/dryer in unit. Pool & hot tub on property. Lots of nice walking streets nearby. Utilities extra split 50/50. Around $100 ea monthly. A bit more in the winter. No AC, but there is central heating and a fireplace. You will be added to the lease. Property mgmt will run a credit/background check. Easy check. Lease ends in March 2026.
