Well maintained, one owner (single male). Neighborhood Description Van Name is comprised mostly of long-time home-owners and new homeowners. It's a family-oriented community. Most parents work but they keep a vigilant eye on their children. 30 homeowners live in the 30 townhouses that make up our development. Most our professionals and or city-workers. About half the houses have children--they're well-behaved and respectful. The tenents (about half of the units are two family dwellings) are young couples or small families. We don't allow chapter 12 tenants.
