We are selling our beautiful custom-built lake house on Lake Pleasant. It is located near Angola Indiana. It is a little over 1400 square feet. It has a family room, kitchen, bathroom and utility/mud room and two bedrooms down. There is a large loft up, which could be used for additional beds or anything you want. When it was built in 2001, we had planned to retire there but plans have changed. It is year round home and is very well insulated. It is in very good condition.
