Lease includes one parking spot (additional parking available for $50 a month). We pay for snow removal, landscaping, water. Tenant is only responsible for electricity (heat and hot water are electric). Cats and small dogs allowed with an additional monthly fee of $25 a month and a $500 security deposit.
