The tenancy includes the exclusive use of two (2) off-street parking spaces, located side-by-side, with convenient and direct access to the unit. Heat and water are included in the tenancy. Tenant shall be responsible for electric utilities. The Premises shall be occupied solely as a private residence by the Tenant and any authorized occupants listed in this Lease. Utilities: Landlord shall be responsible for the payment of water and heat for the Premises for the duration of the Lease Term. Tenant shall be solely responsible for the payment of electricity service, including establishing and maintaining an active account in Tenant's name with the utility provider, and paying all charges associated therewith.
