You will have the entire basement apartment to yourself, with a private entrance, plenty of off-street parking, and a keypad for easy entry. My kid and I live upstairs. Shared outdoor space including fire pit, trampoline, propane BBQ grill, multiple seating areas and a bball hoop :) The basement apartment has a day bed with a trundle bed, and each have memory-foam mattresses. There's a desk in the bedroom that has a few basic office supplies - please help yourself! Wireless printing available if needed. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a microwave, a mini fridge/freezer, a two-burner stove top, a toaster oven, compost bucket, a coffee maker, basic cooking supplies, condiments, coffee and tea. The living room has a fold-out couch (linens available upon request), a smart TV, and plenty of games for you to enjoy :) The only washer and dryer for the property are located in the basement apartment, so for anyone staying longer than 3 days, we'll need to find a mutually-convenient time when I can come down and do laundry if needed. My schedule is pretty flexible, so I am happy to work around yours :) All utilities included, but the expectation is that you're conscientious about water and electricity usage.
