Tenant is responsible for exterior care; This includes watering, mowing, weed control, snow shoveling and salting sidewalk in front of house. Parking is allowed in driveway, on basketball pad and street parking directly in front of home. Tenant is responsible for replacing furnace filters and maintaining a clean bathroom exhaust fan. Any alterations must be approved by landlord and may need to be restored to move in condition. Lifting furniture as opposed to dragging is strongly encouraged to avoid damage to carpet and pad.
