Welcome to the Renault house. We hope you settle in and make yourself at home. Please explore the home to see where things are and let us know within 24 hours of checking in if you need anything at all to make your stay more comfortable. The home is two stories. Downstairs has a large living room with a pool table, couch, fire place and TV. The dining rooms offers a large dining table with access to the back patio area with the hot tub and grill. The laundry area is downstairs by kitchen area. There is a dedicated office space off of the kitchen/laundry room. 2 bedrooms are located downstairs. One with a king bed and the other has a queen bed. The downstairs bathroom has a large soaking tub and separate shower, with a built in steam sauna. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, to sleep 4. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Garbage is taken out to the curb Monday nights to be picked up Tuesday morning. Recycling is every other week. Door is key code. Will give the code when reservation is confirmed with the check-in instructions. The hot tub is maintained by professional hot tub company biweekly. Prefer to rent furnished, but unfurnished is an option. Owner pays water, sewer, trash, and 20% of the gas. Tenant is responsible for the other 80% of gas, all of electric, and the $70 Spectrum internet bill.
