House is within walking distance of the River arts district, has a great view of downtown Asheville from the front deck. House has a driveway, washer, dryer, refrigerator, and heat pump. Rent is $1700 a month plus utilities. Renter is responsible for utilities. First and last month's rent is due upon move in for $3400. Small pets negotiable, but no big, outdoor dogs.
