We are looking to sublet our 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment beginning September for 6 months while we are out of the country - dates and exact duration a bit flexible. The apartment is the upper half of a beautiful century-old house, well located a few houses away from Boyle Park and ideally set up for a family with small children. There are two large bedrooms (one currently set up as an office and guest bedroom with a twin bed that converts to a comfortable king bed, and one as a master bedroom with a king bed) and a small bedroom that we currently use for our son. There is also a kitchen with space for a small table, large common area, enclosed porch, full bath, and a laundry room. We are hoping to rent the apartment keeping as much furniture as possible in place (including soft goods - linens, dishes, etc.), but are open to discussion. Rental would require approval by the landlord (credit check and a conversation). No pets. Ideal for temporary visitors or for those renovating their house and needing somewhere to go. Other amenities include on-demand hot water, gas stove, dishwasher, large new laundry in a laundry room, dedicated off-street parking and ample street parking, shared yard with downstairs neighbors.
