Large fenced in back yard. Private parking in rear of house for tenants only. No smoking, no pets. A signed lease will be required throughout the rental period: a six month lease to begin which can be extended, to a one year lease after the 6 month probationary period upon agreement between both the owners and tenant(s). A Zillow online rental application will be required which will include a background check, references and income verification. Also required are the first and last month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent. The applicant will pay the fee for the Zillow online application (currently $29 and subject to change by Zillow). We regret that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, escorted tours through the apartment will not be given. At least one video interview will be required. In addition, the owners will be happy to answer any questions electronically (including by phone) and will send more photos if necessary.
