The primary bedroom, complete with a king-size bed and bathroom, offers soft natural light from the skylight above. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and decorative fireplace. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15 and parking is on a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night. After your reservation has been confirmed, a contract outlining the basic house rules will be emailed for you to review and sign. Be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. This is not the place to be loud or have parties. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
