As I am going for a sabbatical for a year I am looking to rent out my house. The house with a living room, 2 bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, a 3-season veranda, and 1.5 bathrooms is ideal for a couple or a family. The house is mostly furnished but you can fit some of your own furniture if needed. There is a nice patio and a small backyard. No smoking allowed. Ideally, I want to rent out for a year but would consider a shorter leases.
