All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and one of them is probably more of an office/den because it's small and is attached to both rooms. So you have to walk through one of the other rooms to get to it. No more then 2 dogs. Pet deposit dependent on dog amount and breed. No aggressive dogs (children nearby). No smoking.
