NEW CONSTRUCTION...awesome Retirement and Get AWay???? The original property was torn down, new septic system, rural water attached to home for year around use, new wiring, plumbing... it is 900 square feet, open concept living room, kitchen, has 2 bedrooms, bathroom between the 2, main bedroom has bathroom access, laundry room/utility room, nice entrance area... ceilings are 14 ft to 9 ft, it is 30 x 30, all electric, but still could do whatever type of heating... The property sits on a LEASED land, which is paid yearly for $700, includes garbage and water, but I hooked up to rural water for year long use...the house is owned by myself, you can do whater you choose to it, it is also built to be moved if choose to leave the property or just want to put on another property! The land owner's have had this area for many , many years and are very nice, respected people...they don't allow craziness, out of control parties or trouble, it's a very nice quiet, clean and stable place that all enjoys immensely! The last 2 pictures is what I had planned for it to look like, the front view one, I took out the windows and put in the patio doors, and took out the door to ad in the fireplace...the side view is where I put the entrance door, there is a ramp up to door now, wanted to continue with deck from there wrapped around the front, and the awning with it! I'm only looking for those who have the love of wanting to enjoy their time and the area! I'm not going to sell just to sell, it needs to be the right person, so please don't waste my or your time if this isn't something for you! I'm firm on my price, I have priced it to sell way below the building costs...yes it needs finished but it won't take much to put your final touch on it!
