This is the largest room in the condo. It has a small window and sits above the garage. The wall is shared with the next door neighbor and she is expecting a quiet tenant. Decent sized closet and a couple of nooks. Lots of space. No extra storage. Clean up after yourself. You're responsible for toiletries. We have a cleaning person 2x month and landscaping. Sober preferred. Smoking outside. Being respectful of us and the neighborhood.
