The building is brand new, as are appliances. Amenities are five star - heated saltwater rooftop pool, lounges, gym, yoga room, Starbucks in the lobby. Security deposit is $500, application fee is $85 (the Vantage would process that and your application themselves). Rent is 3,045/month. The lease ends Dec. 1, 2021 but you have the option to resign.
