    Hi, My name is Theo Wallace and I have a two to three person house that I planned to rent with my friend next school year. My friend's plans have since changed, but the homeowner was kind enough to allow me the summer to look for one to two more roommates. Her main requests were that my new roommates were full-time UCSC students, and that two more girls were okay but two more guys would be too messy. The house is 2800/month, 150 6th St. in the Twin Lakes neighborhood. You can see the ocean from the street in front of the house. Personally, I am a rising junior, Econ Major, and soccer player. I am outgoing but respectful of your boundaries, which we will make clear before living together.
