I am looking for someone to take over my lease that ends 6/30/2022. The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom and is very clean. Please take a look at this video for apartment viewing! The person must not have any previous evictions or criminal records, income must be at least 2 times the rent and good credit history. You will be responsible for electricity, gas, and internet. The water (including hot water) is paid for. Pets are allowed as long as you disclose that information to the management.
