The apartment is located on the second level, and has been freshly updated with all new flooring, new blinds, and neutral paint throughout. The kitchen has new quartz counters, electric range with hood, new stainless-steel double sink with pull-down faucet, and ceiling fan over the generously sized eat-in dining area. In the huge living area, is a wall AC, electric wall heater, and glass sliding door to the private balcony. Located in the hallway is the built-in linen closet, and separate water heater closet. The generously sized bedroom has a wall-to-wall triple sliding door closet, ceiling fan, and electric wall heater. The large bathroom has an additional triple sliding door closet for extra storage, a large vanity, medicine cabinet, and tub/shower combination. Our property offers a clean, on-site shared laundry facility. One assigned carport parking space is provided with storage locker. Additional vehicles will need to park on-street with permit. We offer convenient show times between 8am to 6pm daily! There is no application/credit check fee. Please contact Deborah for information, tour instructions, or to place an application! 11-month lease, then month-to-month thereafter. Included are cold water, sewer, and trash services. Tenant is assigned one courtesy carport space with storage locker (all rules and regulations apply). Indoor cats accepted with $100 monthly fee, per cat. Dogs not permitted. This is a non-smoking property.
