Beautiful home on a quite street. Just a short walk to the lake/bike path and the state boat ramp. Within the last year absolutely everything has been remodeled. The kitchen has new cabinets with soft close drawers, new stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a center island/breakfast bar. The bathroom has a custom glass and tile shower and all new fixtures. Upstairs are two bedrooms with the original hardwood floors. The windows are new, as is the gas furnace and central air conditioning, which really helps with utility bills. Outside is a nice back yard, a simple car port, and parking for 3 cars. Also, there is an amish made, metal roof out building. The quick access to I70 allows one to make the drive to downtown Columbus in a fuzz under 30 minutes. I had planned on living here for a long time, but my situation changed. Well behaved pets are welcome so long as they are not a breed which my insurance company will object to. The lease is a simple one, designed to protect us both. Utilities are paid by resident. New windows, loads of insulation and a new furnace/air conditioner helps keep gas and electric costs down. The water in the village is stupid expensive. Budget $100/month.
