My neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well-established with many neighbors that have lived here most of their lives. Pine Valley is located about one mile from Canton St and definitely walkable with sidewalks along the main road. The basement has a large bar with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and sink. It is perfect for someone on the go that does not typically have time for cooking. There is an electric frying pan available for those times when a home-cooked meal is desired. The washer and dryer is upstairs but available for use as requested. There are also multiple laundromats nearby. The basement was recently renovated with new floors and fresh paint. Nobody has lived here since the renovation. I hope that you will choose to be my new tenant. I live upstairs with my Mom and niece and our small dog. We love people and hope that you will join us for dinner and a glass of wine on occasion. I am open to short term rentals with a min of one month. I will also rent for longer terms such as one year.
