On site laundry and pool (no outside guests in pool without permission). Facility still operates as a commercial campground so tenant needs to be aware and respectful of that - but otherwise it's a quiet peaceful setting. Possible small paddock for 1-2 horses that could be rented as well. 12 month lease preferred but can discuss short term options.
