This solid, country, home in the hills with 3 beds/ 1 bath has been a terrific home away from home and a great AirBNB property when we're not there. The street we are one has phenomenal neighbors. As a Florida boy, I LOVE the mountain views, being 15 minutes from mountain trails, less than that to Norris Dam, Norris Lake Marina, fly fishing on the Clinch River, only 20 minutes to Knoxville and 30 minutes to UT. This home has a very oversized 1-car garage with an extraordinary amount of hidden storage, pull down ladder to the attic, 2 additional out buildings that each is almost as big as the house with full power and each has 2 garage doors. The one in the back has a new roof, too. There is also an RV Barn with underground power supply (that does need repair). The huge fenced lot is awesome for the dogs and grandbabies. The partially finished basement includes a full bath and a kitchenette with fridge, stove and sink and oven. The basement fireplace (currently in need of internal chimney repair) is designed to heat the whole house during the winter via fanned vents that go between the basement and the main floor. Our Air BNB name is Rocky Top Tranquility, and boy does that describe it well. You'll enjoy the modern kitchen with Butcher Block counters and farmhouse sink, all the newer appliances, the sound silencing walls, and much more
