What I'm missing from my home is a mudroom to dump the shoes, jackets, backpacks etc.....this home boast TWO, with doors that close off your view of the mess. This home has had major updates back in 2001 and a recent refresh. Don't let the outside deceive you, its much roomier and open on the inside. The first floor has high ceilings, lots of light from all the windows, open concept while still maintaining some separatness. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, one being the master which was part of the addition. Master is private at the back of the house with high ceilings and his and her closets. If the other two bedrooms are needed as actual bedrooms then there is room under the eaves for a home office space, which is not your dining room table. The fenced backyard has plenty of room for a garden space, patio or play set but if you want even more separation from the relatives you can send them across the street to play in the playground or hang out at the park or walk to town
