Private room with two windows. Private bathroom with shared utility room, living room, dining room and kitchen. I do expect my roommate to help with simple chores as far as dishes some light cooking basic cleaning can help with yard work doesn't have to just kind of a team thing you know my place is your place and you know no move-ins allowed stuff like that we can discuss
