The second bedroom has its own bathroom and the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so there is minimal noise, which is great when both people are working or someone is in a bedroom and the other in the living room. The apartment has new amenities and it's located in a luxury apartment. We have already lived there for a year and we thought we were going to stay longer before we had to make life changes. So a lot of the furniture including the bedroom set in the master bedroom and the living room couch for example are only 3 months old. Apt is an 8-min walk from Noma-Gallaudet metro (red line) and around the corner from Union Market and Trader Joes, both within walking distance Amenities include: Concierge trash pickup, 24/7 fitness center, pool, shuttle to/from metro, grill area, dog park, media room and screening room. We would have loved to stay in this apartment but sadly we are being directed out of the DMV and we hope to give someone a new home without having to worry about the application process and any fees. You have the options of subletting temporarily in a furnished apartment(until July 2021), or we can take our things and you are more than welcome to just move in. Also, there is an option for us to transfer the lease to you directly, we would just have to apply through our leasing office. So we have plenty of options.
