The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. Hardwood and tile downstairs. The room is clean and quiet. Backyard and frontyard lawns, secure fencing all around. Kitchen is modern - fridge in the kitchen and another in the garage. If you need to store 'some' things I can make space in the garage. The room has a nice bed, dresser, etc. Closet. It's a very chill environment - good neighbors. My bedroom is upstairs (there is also another bedroom upstairs) Rent is $900 per month I'd like first and last we can do month-to-month or a year Everything is included in the rent Parking is on the street - it's a safe neighborhood I'm dog friendly - we can discuss a pet deposit or whatever The bottom floor is hardwood or tile, so there is no carpet liability Large lawn in back
