This is going to be a lease takeover. You would sign the lease to have it for the remainder of our current lease and it would end in July 2021. Rent is 1350 but is going up to 1450 in July. Credit score must be 600 and above due to the rental company standards. You would have to put down a security deposit of 1350. It's a really nice place to live , because it is close to all shopping centers, it's always quiet, and there is also a pool. They are pet friendly, and are really good about addressing any issues.
