The living/kitchen area includes the sink with disposal, refrigerator and gas stove in one corner opposite tall windows. The tenant-shared laundry room is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Please note: Users of any nicotine product (cigarettes, chewing tobacco, vaping etc.) will not be considered. Owner pays gas, water, electric. Security Deposit $900.
