The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study, living, dining, kitchen, greenhouse and upstairs playroom. It s super well insulated, quiet and comfortable with solar hot water and electricity and very low utility bills . It is located in a great central Boulder neighborhood, convenient to groceries, Pearl Street and transit. We are asking 3000 but would consider a lower amount if you are able to care for our 2 cats while we are away.
