Primary school is within 3 blocks walking, Elementary school within 6-7 blocks, High School approx. less than 1 mile walking. Neighborhood Description SO nice! Most of the neighbors have been here for quite some time & are happy to tell you all about the area, very friendly! It's very quiet, considering the Primary/Elementary schools are just down the block as is the Community Pool(the schools here are fantastic too, by the way!) We've NEVER had any 'issues' here :) What a GREAT location too! An EASY commute into Houston for work, and a quick trip to the beach for play! For everything else, a great small town atmosphere with just enough conveniences without the congestion & overgrowth that there seems to be everywhere else!
