The building utilities we provide/charge for will include gas, water, sewage, common area electric, and garbage and that will be added on to rent every month so you will pay the building utilities through your resident portal in addition to rent. You will need to set up your own cable and internet as well. We are hooked up for CenturyLink, Comcast, and Direct TV. Dogs and cats are allowed in the community, but no other types of pet. Breed Restrictions include: Bull Terriers (American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler's, Chows, Dobermans, Wolf Hybrids, Shar Pei's or mix breeds with these bloodlines. Pet costs include: $200 deposit (refundable) and $200 pet fee (non-refundable) for the first pet. Any pet after that will be $100 deposit and $100 pet fee. Pet rent is $35 per pet and we allow up to 3 pets.
