This unit have forced air and forced heat. The landlord takes care of snow removal, lawn care, trash, water and gas. These apartments are a short 5-minute drive to the town of East Aurora and all that it has to offer! Pets are allowed, dogs have a 30 pound weight limit. All animal will have a non refundable pet deposit of 500 dollars. All pets will cost an additional 10 dollars per animal per month. There can be no more than two animal per apartment.
