Our North Park Apartments offer a beautiful FULLY FURNISHED guest studio (available for short term leases), one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as spacious three-bedroom townhomes, all available for rent. Your monthly rent includes heat, a one-stall detached garage, a designated parking space, refuse removal, and either a wall air conditioning unit or central air in the townhomes. Some units also come with an in-unit washer and dryer. Please note that photos may vary for each apartment or townhome. $30/month water fee for one-bedrooms, $40/month water fee for two-bedrooms, $65/month water fee for three-bedrooms.
