Very easy access to highways, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and run/bike trails. Just minutes from Loretto Academy, Downtown El Paso, Fort Bliss. 3 month to 1 year lease contract duration Property inspection: 1 inspection every 3 months Place trash bins on the street every Monday evening for early Tuesday pick up. Water some trees 2 or 3 times a week. House rules As part of the booking procedure policy, let me present to you the house rules; *No parties/events/ reunions are allowed during the duration of your stay. *No smoking allowed inside. Trash bins available outside for cigarette butts if you would like to smoke outside. *No more than 6 guests on the property.
