I'm looking to sublease my room in West Davis starting Spring Quarter until the end of summer (March-September). The room is a single (with a bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave) at Adobe at Evergreen Apartments. The complex has a cozy study room, free printer and coffee, a pool, and is peaceful. Everything else (water, sewage, trash, wifi, gas, and maintenance) is included/free. The 3 other female housemates are lovely and clean, a pleasure to live with. The place has some GREAT perks, including a bike path connected directly to the back of the property, a bus stop right across the street, the Marketplace 5 minutes away, and overall a 10-15 minute bike ride to campus. I also have a parking spot you're free to use. Honestly if I wasn't graduating, I'd want to stay the whole year so please let me know if you're interested and we can discuss further! It is a sublease till end of Aug.
