You have access to your own mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave in your private unit but access to the larger kitchen, living room, and office/workout space in the home. Your bedroom has its own entrance, you do not have to go through the main house to enter/exit your bedroom or bathroom. Your closets and the bathroom is connected to your room. TV, dresser, and shelf in room. The other bedroom does not have its own entrance and is unfurnished. I have the primary room furnished for traveling professionals but I can switch this around to better suit your needs. Lease is negotiable. Prefer to start with month to month but we can do a 1 year lease if that is preferred and move from 1 year to month to month after the first year.
