Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a security guard. You will have 3 parking spots available, not assigned, first come first serve, labeled "Visitor". The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not included. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. Our residents come home to community amenities like our lagoon-style pool, chalet-style clubhouse, huge fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, full-court basketball, Mac and PC computer lab, and free printing.
