So you will need a bed and couch, at least. If you desire cable TV, that is on you. All utilities are included in $1650/month, except the heating natural gas bill which is split with the second apartment, $35 for wifi and $20 for garbage pickup. I can show you the heating bill to get idea of what it has been. We just fully insulated house and changed out windows. The home is managed by owner, and application is actually by phone.
