Great location on the north-facing 4th floor. You can see the airplanes come by as they land. Palermo is a great complex and well maintained. Has a great pool, spa and community room and gym. All my previous tenants have loved living there and three have purchased units in the complex! In Little Italy and next to the Farmer's Market. Great place to be in Little Italy and only getting better! Lessee pays all utilities except trash collection. There is one dedicated parking spot for this unit. A dog or cat is allowed with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. This is not a deposit. This unit is non-smoking. The HOA charges a move-in fee of $175, paid directly to the provider of the move-in service. This service is required to protect damage to the property and provide guidance to the person moving in as far following the rules and regulations of move-in. This is a direct fee to be paid by the tenant. Also, the HOA requires the new tenant use a mover who is licensed and insured. This documentation will be required before the move-in can be scheduled.
