The daylight basement level also has a queen sleeper sofa + twin size daybed. The master suite on 2nd floor is to die for! Fire pit, washer/dryer, large refrigerator in kitchen, plus second fridge in basement, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Wifi, 55" TV, Apple TV + Roku for easy streaming of your favorites (note: no cable), iron, ironing board, blow dryers and luggage racks make this a great place to hang your hat in Boise for business or pleasure. Most furnishings are new as of 2017 including beds, rugs, dining table, sofa and chairs. There are a few fun vintage pieces here and there. 2,546 sq ft in total space so guests have lots of room to spread out. Note that most of the home has been updated while still maintaining the original charm of this 1937 home. Our past guests have really enjoyed their stay - and especially like the heated bathroom floors in two of the three bathrooms, cozy beds/linens and fun bright art - we hope you will too! Ample street parking as well as a one car garage. This property does have stairs going down to the basement space and up to the master suite on 2nd floor.
