We do not allow parking on the grass in the yard. For some reason the list shows 2 bathrooms but there is one full on the main floor and a sink and toilet in the basement. All bedrooms are large and one has two closets. The kitchen also includes a stove, refrigerator and a dishwasher. The backyard is not fenced but very large but will consider allowing the renter to fence it at their expense. The neighborhood is quiet and stable. We own the home to the East and it has long-term renters. Due to the shade you can go a long time with using the AC. Due to good insulation and quality construction the utilities are very reasonable. We do not accept Section 8. We expect renters who will respect and take care of the property and as such we have a tight lease. If you look at the home and see brush in the back it will be removed. Additionally, the home will be painted this summer a shade of beige with black shutters. The white dishwasher in the photo has been replaced with a stainless steel one.
