It is a few blocks from the Good Food Store and 7 minutes from the University. The bus stop for both the City and U Dash is on the same block. There is a single car attached garage, a small fenced yard, street parking and storage in the basement. It has underground sprinklers and lawn care is provided. We pay water, sewer and garbage. Tenant is responsible for snow removal, electric/gas and WiFi. No smoking/vaping. NO PETS!
