When the bedroom door is closed, parents or other guests can continue their evening if they choose, with the adjacent rooms, which includes the kitchen and a full bath with a tub and a separate sink area for added privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee bar and all the appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans needed to prepare a delicious meal. Just beyond the kitchen, the living room/studio area offers a cozy space with a full pull-down Murphy bed featuring a brand-new mattress. This versatile bed provides a separate sleeping area, allowing guests to rest while enjoying the magnificent ocean views. The living room also includes a comfortable couch, a flatscreen TV, extra seating, and a dining table that accommodates up to six guests when extended. The thoughtfully selected artwork and lighting create a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of the condo is the balcony, where you can savor the horizon from the pub table and two rocking chairs. With this layout, one group can sleep peacefully while the other enjoys their own private space, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. The beach is just footsteps away. Head down the elevator and you'll find a the pools/ jacuzzis/ lazy river both indoor and outdoor for your enjoyment. There is also a delicious Italian ice cart on the pool deck available for cash purchase. The beach awaits you where umbrellas and chairs are available for rent. Some other available onsite amenities are coin operated laundry room, arcade and gift shop all located on the lobby floor.. and a fitness center with sauna. Snow Birds Paradise. This is a three (3) month rental only. The lease has a monthly Rent of $1350 per month + $125 cleaning fee including taxes. Direct Oceanfront views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean will take your breath away. The beach is just steps away. Our Vacation rental is available for a Winter Snow Bird Rental ONLY starting December 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026. All utilities and wifi is included in the monthly rent.
